We print and ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. For customisable products any delay in giving us your print file will casue delay in shipping time.

After uploading your file, the name of the file will appear below the "choose file" button, then enter your email and press submit! You'll know if it went through if green writing appears saying "your content has been submitted" You can go through that process before or after placing your order as long as you use the same email as you use at checkout so we can link your order to your image :)

Yes! depending on the amount of design work there might be a fee.

You can either use the upload file button on the product page or send your image to sales@goldenstoneproducts.com with your order number and we'll take it from there :) If you have a specific size or positon you want it to be printed you can specify by emailing us or we'll print it as shown on our example.
